Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used.
Please Note: Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except in the case of a defect or issue with the product.
Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are subject to the same return/exchange policy as regular products.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order before the product is processed. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund.
Once the product in process or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Return/Exchange Conditions
- All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags still attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All returns/exchanges must be made in a single package.
- Return/exchange shipments must be sent using the same delivery service as the original order.
- We can only accept returns from the country where the order was originally shipped. For example, if the order was delivered to the US, it must be returned from the US.
- Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Returns/exchanges are not free of charge; any shipping or import fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
- For hygiene reasons, certain jewelry, lingerie, and beauty products are non-returnable. Swimwear can only be returned if the sanitary liner is intact.
- Faulty items can be returned.
- We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges if the product shows signs of use or alteration.
How to Return an Item or Order
- Contact our Customer Service team with the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or video of the faulty product (if applicable) - Return the product in its original packaging with the receipt included.
- Deliver the package to the courier. After inspection, securely close the package.
Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Please allow 7-14 business days for processing once we receive your return. If your return does not meet the conditions outlined, the product will be sent back to you at your own expense. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
